We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager Supply Chain to execute contract implementation as to maximize contract value and compliance.  
Improve supplier performance and provide input to future sourcing initiatives. Contribute to the implementation and/or improvement of strategic issues and process performance of the department.

Located in Geleen, this is a temporary assignment that will start immediately and last for 12 months. Unfortunately we are unable to consider ZZP. 

 

 

 

Responsibilities: Contract Manager Supply Chain (Temporary) 12 month contract

The daily tasks of this position will include: 

  • Responsible for execution of the implementation plan
  • Track and report key performance indicators
  • Propose and implement corrective actions
  • Lead the SPE (Supplier Performance Evaluation)
  • Support SQM (Supplier Quality Manager)
  • Be the owner of supplier related complaints, and responsible for the timely and correct response of the supplier. Accountable the quality and timely evaluation/judgement/closure of the complaint.
  • Follow-up on claim settling with suppliers
  • Timely review complaints with sites
  • Escalate to supplier when availability issues occur and take decisions within agreed boundaries (extra costs)
  • Collect external data package and coordinate with cross-functions
  • Review buying activities regularly with Category Manager(s)
  • Assist in the development of Phase In – Phase Out supply chain plan
  • Oversee the implementation of new raw materials

Requirements: Contract Manager Supply Chain (Temporary) 12 month contract

In order to succeed in this role, we ask that you have: 

  • Minimum 4 years of experience within procurement or supply chain. Preferably in the material\chemical industry
  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Microsoft office suit (with emphasis on Excel)
  • Experience with SAP ERP
  • Living in Limburg area
  • Willing to work from the office for three days in a week
  •  A valid driving license

You NEED to be an EU citizen or have a permanent working permit for the Netherlands as we are not able to sponsor.

 

The Offer: Contract Manager Supply Chain (Temporary) 12 month contract

This position is located in Geleen. It will be a 12-month fixed-term contract. Monthly salary between 4500,- and max. 6200,- gross and additional benefits will be discussed throughout the interview process.
