Responsibilities Interim Global HR Analytics Specialist

As a HR Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for the management, performance, and stability of SAP systems, supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with functional and technical teams to drive successful implementations and migrations, ensuring system reliability, security, and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Perform SAP Basis administration tasks including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems.
  • Manage and monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability;
  • Conduct regular system health checks and execute performance tuning activities;
  • Support the implementation and migration of SAP RISE and S/4HANA projects;
  • Provide technical support and promptly resolve SAP Basis-related issues;
  • Manage user access and security in compliance with company policies;
  • Maintain system documentation and operational procedures;
  • Support installation and configuration of test automation and data migration platforms;
  • Create and manage incidents and service requests related to project activities;
  • Administer key technologies including HANA DB, Fiori apps, Workzone Launchpad, Cloud ALM, and BTP.

Requirements Interim Global HR Analytics

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration;
  • Proven expertise in SAP system migrations, especially to S/4HANA;
  • Strong knowledge of HANA databases and SAP Cloud technologies;
  • Hands-on experience with S/4HANA, ECC, MDG, and EWM systems;
  • Familiarity with Cloud ALM for implementation and operation;
  • Solid understanding of BTP administration and supporting tools;
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills;
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently;
  • Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.

The following is offered for this role:

  • Exciting and full time assignment;
  • Maximum hourly rate: €90 all-in; 
  • Hybrid work environment (remote & on-site).
