Job Description - Interim VP Product
We are seeking a highly experiencedinterim VP Product to lead a product organization of 100 FTE through a critical transition period aimed at increasing efficiency and driving innovation.
The VP Product will play a crucial role in redefining the product strategy, enhancing product development processes, and fostering a culture of innovation. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in product management, strategic planning, and leading product teams through periods of significant change.
Job Requirements - Interim VP Product
- Proven experience as a CPO or VP Product at a product company.
- Demonstrated experience in leading transformations and managing complex projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically in a fast-paced environment.
